Sentry replaced ASCII snapshots with a structured context system for its Seer Agent. Each UI component now describes itself to the agent. Token usage dropped from 5,500 to 1,300 on dashboards and from 2,100 to 300 on issue detail pages. The agent can now create and update dashboards.
