DMI Finance, an Indian digital-first NBFC, raised nearly $152 million through secured, listed non-convertible debentures in a private placement. The issuance drew bids worth Rs 1,630 crore from mutual funds, alternative investment funds, primary dealers, corporates and family offices. Proceeds will fund its lending portfolio. Morgan Stanley advised on structuring. DMI has served over 25 million customers since 2008.
