Anthropic measured how fast large language models exploit known vulnerabilities in Firefox and Windows. Mythos Preview, a Claude model not publicly available, crashed 14 of 18 Firefox vulnerabilities, with the first proof after 12 minutes and thirteen more within 40 minutes. The 14th took about three hours.
