Spotify launches AI chatbot for music

Spotify rolled out a conversational AI feature on July 14 that lets Premium subscribers type or speak requests inside the mobile app. The assistant can play music, answer questions about songs and podcasts, save tracks, and adjust selections through follow-up requests. The beta is available in English to users ages 18 and older in the United States, Ireland, and Sweden.
