Figma's Make-a-thon, in partnership with Contra, awarded $100,000 in prizes to projects reimagining software interactions. Winners include Common Thread, a multiplayer embroidery sampler where visitors stitch on a shared canvas, and tools using facial gestures or 16-bit worlds. Over 100,000 stitches were placed on Common Thread's canvas.
