Tencent is in talks to acquire a majority stake in AI agent startup Manus after Beijing forced Meta to unwind its $2 billion acquisition of the company. The deal, valued at no less than $2 billion, involves early investors ZhenFund and HSG. Manus will remain independent in Singapore and reported nearly $500 million in annual revenue.
