Dreame Technology reportedly lost around 10,000 employees to departures and layoffs from June through August. Compensation ranged from 0.5N for probationary staff to N+1. The company's automotive and smartphone teams were nearly emptied, its AI smart-lock unit was eliminated, and most of its home-appliance R&D team was cut.
