Ethereum dev targets 2028 for quantum resistance

Ethereum researcher Justin Drake targets December 2028 for the post-quantum and post-AI transition, a year earlier than the foundation's 2029 deadline. Speaking at Devcon 8 in Mumbai, Drake stated developers have 24 months to deliver three additional network upgrades before the reassessment scheduled for January 2027.
