Medical device maker Medtronic notified customers that an unauthorized party accessed corporate systems between April 13 and April 19. The intrusion exposed names, contact details, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, and health information stored in compromised networks. Medtronic stated the incident did not impact any medical devices ability to operate safely or deliver intended therapy for patients.
