Canva Restructures 22% of Workforce

Canva CEO Melanie Perkins announced a restructuring affecting 1,271 employees, or 22% of the workforce, on Tuesday. Departing staff receive at least six months' salary plus 12 months of healthcare. The company also offers a new fund where eligible employees can apply for $10,000 grants to start businesses or pursue ideas by Dec. 14.
