OXMIQ raises $35M to license AI chips

OXMIQ, founded by ex-Intel chief Raja Koduri, raised $35 million in Series A funding, bringing total funding to $60 million. The company licenses GPU architecture rather than building finished chips. The round follows Groq licensing its core inference technology to Nvidia in a deal reportedly worth $17 billion.
