Ankit Gupta joined Y Combinator as a General Partner. Gupta co-founded Reverie Labs, a biotech company applying machine learning to drug discovery, which was acquired by Ginkgo Bioworks in 2024. He will be based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, re-establishing a YC foothold at the original office site.
