A Memphis data center run by SpaceXAI caused a three-and-a-half-hour Grok outage Thursday, starting at 6:30AM PT. SpaceXAI apologized to Grok users and unnamed compute partners. Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's ChatGPT also experienced issues around the same time, though causes remain undisclosed.
