Microsoft Researcher Uses Goats to Mock LLM Sentience Claims

Microsoft researcher Adrian de Wynter published a paper arguing that claims of LLM sentience lack reliable evaluation protocols. To illustrate the point, de Wynter used the Age of Empires II scenario editor to build logic gates with in-game goats.
