Helsing closed a $1.8bn Series E at an $18bn valuation, led by Dragoneer and Lightspeed. The round grew 50% from the $1.2bn reported in May without changing the share price. The Munich defence AI company builds platforms like Altra and HX-2 for European militaries and has about 900 employees.
