US Fears ASML Chip Tool May Be in China

U.S. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick told ASML executives he is concerned an extreme ultraviolet lithography machine may have ended up in China, which would breach export controls. ASML denies any such machine exists there. The Commerce Department has not shown evidence of an actual EUV system in China.
