Unacademy Founders Raise Rs 700 Crore AI Fund

Unacademy founders Gaurav Munjal and Roman Saini are raising a Rs 700-crore venture capital fund named Longshot Capital focused on AI and deeptech startups. The fund secured about Rs 300 crore in commitments and targets a first close in January 2027. Saini leads full-time while Munjal remains part-time at Unacademy.
