Poland-founded crypto exchange Kanga obtained a Class 3 MiCA license from the Bank of Latvia, enabling EU-wide crypto services. The license, granted on June 18, authorizes custody, trading, and transfers. Kanga began pre-licensing in November 2025 as Poland remains without MiCA implementation legislation.
