Pentagon AI platform hits 1.5 million users

GenAI.mil now has 1.5 million daily users, up from 80,000 six months ago, after the Pentagon deployed Google Gemini and clarified usage rules. The platform serves nearly half of the DoD's 3.5 million workforce. Personnel use it for administrative tasks and congressional reporting, cutting a 200-hour job to five hours.
