Prominent leaker may see default ruling reversed in Apple lawsuit

Apple agreed to set aside the default judgment against leaker Jon Prosser after he retained counsel and agreed to participate in discovery. A judge must approve the reversal. If approved, Prosser's deposition is scheduled for June 16. Apple may seek to bar Prosser from covering future Apple leaks.
