Ola Electric Seeks SEBI Settlement Over Disclosures

Ola Electric and founder Bhavish Aggarwal filed a settlement application with SEBI on April 23 to resolve a probe into alleged misleading disclosures about sales, deliveries, and service network expansion. SEBI alleged only 452 of the claimed 3,200 co-located service outlets were operational as of February 19, 2025.
