Mesa Adds YOLOX Support for NPU Drivers

Tomeu merged YOLOX support into Mesa's Torx code today, enabling users to run YOLOX with PyTorch using NPU drivers. Testing currently covers the Arm EthosU NPU on the NXP i.MX93 SoC, while Etnaviv drivers lack necessary infrastructure for Torx use in Mesa 26.3.
