ISRO launched its first imaging satellite in geo-orbit, EOS-05, using a GSLV rocket on Friday. The over 2,300 kg payload reached its intended sub-geosynchronous transfer orbit about 18 minutes after liftoff, marking the agency's maiden success of 2026.
