Safari Adds Webpage Monitoring and AI Tab Organization

Apple's new Safari version includes a built-in "Notify Me" feature that monitors webpages for changes and alerts users, such as when a product is back in stock. AI will automatically organize open tabs into topics. Users can describe needs in natural language to create custom Safari extensions.
