Thomson Reuters disclosed a breach of its C-Track court platform exposing sealed court information and personal data across at least 12 U.S. states, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Canada. Unauthorized access occurred from March through June, discovered June 30. Names, Social Security numbers and medical information may have been compromised.
