Apple opens up third-party app stores in Brazil

Apple is allowing alternative app stores on iOS in Brazil after an agreement with the country's competition regulator, CADE. The Core Technology Fee for apps distributed outside the App Store will be 5 percent. Third-party marketplaces require Apple approval, and apps undergo a Notarization review for security.
