NTSB confirms driver overrode Tesla FSD in fatal crash

The NTSB found that Michael Butler manually overrode Tesla's Full Self-Driving by pressing the accelerator 100 percent before his Model 3 struck a Katy, Texas home, killing 76-year-old Martha Avila. The vehicle reached speeds over 70 mph on a 30 mph road. Butler faces manslaughter charges.
