Microsoft demotes Mico from Copilot Voice

Microsoft removed Mico, its anthropomorphic AI mascot introduced in October 2025, from Copilot Voice. The blob now lives in the Learn Live hub as a tutor. Mico-specific voice settings will not carry over to its new location.
