Meta Muse Zero-Day Lets Attackers Hijack Macs

Security researcher Patrick Wardle disclosed a zero-day in Meta's Muse AI agent that lets local attackers invisibly hijack a Mac. Muse's cloud dictation endpoint can be redirected, exposing the account token and granting full control without malware. Meta has not responded. Amazon separately blocked Muse from making purchases on its site the same day.
