VulnCheck found only 14 of 1,061 AI-discovered vulnerabilities, or 1.3 percent, were exploited, matching the rate for all bugs. Anthropic's Project Glasswing identified 23,019 candidates, but just 126 became CVEs and only one was exploited in the wild.
