Core DAO is coordinating an emergency hard fork after validators claimed excess CORE rewards, an incident now contained. The forward upgrade will not roll back the network or reverse confirmed transactions. Coinbase, Bithumb, Coinone, Bitget, and LBank restricted CORE transfers.
