Hidden RAM limit trick for Windows 11

Windows 11 lacks a simple RAM limit setting, but the legacy System Configuration tool (msconfig) can restrict memory for testing. Setting 4GB in msconfig shows 3GB in Task Manager due to reserved address space. Disabling Secure Boot may be required on UEFI systems. This is not for everyday use.
