Renault to build electric Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross in Palencia

Renault will produce three electric SUVs at its Palencia plant in Spain from 2028, including the next-generation Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, Renault Rafale, and Renault Scenic. The plant targets average annual production of around 150,000 units over six years. All three models will use the new RGEV medium 2.0 platform with 800-volt architecture.
