Valve confirmed SteamOS can now be installed on more desktop PCs. The author installed SteamOS 3.8 on a Minisforum AI X1 Pro with an AMD Ryzen AI HX 370, creating a living room console. The Steam Machine costs $1,049. Nvidia GPU support is still in development.
