Agentic eval trust rises without failure rate drop

Across 108 enterprises, trust in automated agent evaluation nearly tripled from 5% in June to 13% in July, while the failure rate stayed flat. Just under half shipped an agent that passed evals then failed a customer. New trust comes almost entirely from enterprises not yet burned.
