Trump drone tariffs hit 100%, Europe capped at 15%

Trump's 13 August proclamation imposes 100% tariffs on drones over 25kg, thermal imaging, and docking stations from 3 September. EU members, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein face a 15% cap, the UK 10%, conditional on certification. A second component tranche gets 25% from 9 February 2027.
