NestAI, a Helsinki lab founded in 2025 and backed by Nokia and Tesi, signed a letter of intent with Finland's Ministry of Defence and the Estonian Defence Forces. The agreement establishes a framework for AI cooperation in command, control, and unmanned systems. NestOS is the operating layer for vehicles and C2 systems.
