Intel Surges on Google AI Chip Order

Intel stock closed at $110.27, up 11.19%, after reports that Google ordered over 3 million Intel-made tensor processing units for 2028 production. Nvidia is also reportedly evaluating Intel as a backup manufacturer. Trading volume reached 135.1 million shares, 9.1% above the three-month average.
