Europe's top court ruled Google must pay a €4.1bn fine for using Android to block rivals. The European Commission originally issued a €4.3bn penalty in 2018, later trimmed to €4.1bn. Google's appeal was dismissed. The fine is the largest the Commission has ever imposed against Google.
