An engineering sample of Intel's cancelled Arctic Sound Xe-HP multi-tile data center GPU has surfaced. The dual-tile variant features 32GB of HBM2E memory, 960 Execution Units, and a 300W TGP. The chip was originally shown in 2020 but never released commercially.
