Improve API authentication detection with Datadog

Datadog App & API Protection now reports an API endpoint as authenticated only when verifiable evidence exists, such as trace signals or tag mappings. Endpoints lacking evidence are marked undetected. This reduces false positives and helps security teams identify unauthenticated endpoints with explicit evidence of missing authentication.
