Microsoft Offers Voluntary Exit to 60,000 Staff

Microsoft introduced a voluntary exit offer for an estimated 60,000 employees across the US, Canada, the UK and India on October 26, 2026. Eligible workers at internal level 70 and below can leave with severance pay, continued stock vesting, healthcare coverage and career-transition services. The deadline to decide is the first week of December 2026.
