Apple announced new EU App Store terms effective October 1, replacing the Core Technology Fee with a 5% Core Technology Commission on digital transactions outside the App Store. App Store apps using Apple's in-app purchase pay 26%, alternative payment providers 20%, and link-out purchases 15%.
