Firefox 157 Enables JPEG XL by Default

Mozilla will enable JPEG XL decoding by default in Firefox 157 on all platforms. The decoder, jxl-rs, is written in Rust and supports animation and progressive display. Safari shipped JPEG XL in 17.0, while Chrome keeps it behind a flag.
