Anthropic restores Claude Fable 5 globally

Anthropic restored global access to Claude Fable 5 on July 1 after the U.S. Commerce Department lifted export controls imposed on June 12. The controls followed an Amazon-discovered jailbreak prompt. Anthropic deployed a classifier blocking the technique over 99% of the time. Mythos 5 access returned for roughly 100 U.S. organizations on June 26.
