Baseten, an AI inference company, raised $1.5 billion in a Series F round co-led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction, and Spark Capital. The San Francisco company plans to use the funds to expand engineering, research, and operations teams, and invest in compute infrastructure. Total funding now exceeds $2 billion.
