Apple updates developer license and app review rules

Apple revised the Developer Program License Agreement and App Review Guidelines to support new features and clarify policies. Sections 3.1 and 14.8 now specify requirements for developer identity and export compliance. Section 3.3.3(N) clarifies Sensitive Content Analysis framework use. Developers must sign in to accept the updated terms.
