LangChain Launches LangSmith Fine-Tuning CLI

LangChain released LangSmith Fine-Tuning and smithtune, a CLI that turns agent trajectories stored in LangSmith into custom fine-tuned models. It handles dataset creation, training via Fireworks or Baseten, and evaluation. On an internal code-review test, supervised fine-tuning raised F1 from 48.9% to 53.7% while cutting model calls 29.8% and tool requests 29.4%.
