Lobsters Bans Vibecoding Tag and Code Links

The Lobsters community updates its guidelines by marking the vibecoding tag as inactive and banning new submissions to code repositories. These changes aim to reduce low-effort AI-generated content and self-promotion, ensuring discussions remain focused on computing topics like compilers and databases rather than off-topic subjects such as careers or world events.
