E.ON Acquires Smatrics EnBW Italia

E.ON Drive Infrastructure Italy acquires 100 per cent of Smatrics EnBW Italia for an undisclosed price. The deal adds four operational high-power charging sites in northern Italy to E.ON's portfolio, expanding its network of approximately 10,000 public charging stations across eleven European countries. Smatrics EnBW will end operations in Italy to focus entirely on its Austrian market.
